Dairy Queen - Lampasas (TX)

5 /5 S G: I was waiting for my order(ice cream cone) but drive thru was busy and they brought it out for me. It was so nice of them.

1 /5 Catherine Watts: We waited over 20 minutes to get 2 ice creams and one meal. While the table across us came 10 minutes after and got there’s in 5. They had 6 ice creams. We asked them politely if our food was ready, they hadn’t started it yet, and even said the ice cream was out which was not true. Do not recommend.

3 /5 R: The the blizzards were good Oreo cookie the ice cream cones however tasted like they had ice on them like they had made the cone then froze it. I wasnt too fond of it and I love dairy Queen ice cream cones

1 /5 Holly Wessling: Wow.. the Manager is responsible for this review solely.. we stood for nearly 10min before the manager decided we deserved her attention. She gave me dirty looks the entire time and was short with me while I was trying to order. The people that were eating at the tables while I waited to order had to come and ask for their blizzards after the finished because nobody had even thought to make them with their order.. I ordered a large hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge which took them 5min to even get to and then it was meager to begin with but it melted by the time we got the 2 blizzards we ordered with it.. the Hispanic woman Manager cut me off when I tried to speak, ignored us standing there waiting while she talked to staff and then made my sundae small and we had to wait another 10min to get the other portion of our order.. I think if you work in the food service industry you should have some people skills or at the very least know how to be polite to people.. sorely not the case with this woman.. you can see even her own employees agree she has a nasty attitude and should not be working with the public... 20min for melted ice cream and dirty looks seems a bit ridiculous.. YALL NEED TO GET A NEW MANAGER! I will be calling corporate with this because she was that rude..

5 /5 Caitlyn Douglass: Every time my kiddos and I visit we are welcomed with friendly faces. This location gets very busy but they are always super efficient and kind. They get my order correct and it’s always fresh. The gentleman working there is always so nice and quick along with Alexis and Jessica. We made sure to pass along our review to corporate.
