2 /5 Madeline Silver: I ordered a chili cheese dog and they put mustard and onions on it??? No indication that this should be the case on the menu or the online ingredients list. Also messed up 2/3 of my friends orders. They were friendly and got the orders out quick, but thats not really what we cared about.

1 /5 Amy Scheffel: Pulled up. Lights were on, customers inside, waited at the drive thru window for about 3 minutes, and instead of simply coming on the intercom and saying "were closed". They just turned the lights off. Hey. No biggie. But be adults and dont laugh at customers that thought you were open. That was just rude. Again, a simple "were closed" was all that was needed. We would have just moved on. But anyways. Well never come back. And not like theyll care either.

1 /5 Priscilla Sanchez: My husband’s belt buster looks so poor. It only came with 1 meat. My daughter’s chicken basket included a hair. The manager trying to manage the toilet that is over flowing in the men’s restroom came back to the front counter and started handing out orders without washing his hands.

1 /5 Patrick Garrett: We spoke to them 3 times! Asking where on earth our one singular hamburger is? 30 minutes with no lines and they could not get us a hamburger. Had to leave with nothing. Even with our complaints they offered nothing complimentary. Terrible service, my family and I will never be back there. For the sake of your families dont go back either.

2 /5 Luis Saucedo: I ordered a double burger and that gave me a single burn. So I turned around and back to order the right one, and they told me it would take 5 to 10 minutes to receive it. Maybe its because im not white, but I think its a racist thing
