2 /5 Steven Mims: Went through the drive through at 1:07pm. Waited 20 minutes for a burger, tacos, chicken strips and a kids grilled cheese. There was no line in front of us and when I went inside to see what was taking the food so long, there was nobody in line inside. There was 5 workers working on 2 orders. No apologies on the delay. Do better.

5 /5 Timothy Brumit: First time stopping here. Was greeted once I walked in, with a smile(Alejandra G. Was the cashier)! Order was taken, and repeated back to confirm it was all correct. I waited maybe 2-3 minutes for the food, and it was all very fresh. Fries were hot and the burger was great too! Service is top notch, food is the best! Atmosphere is amazing too. For a DQ, this place is the cleanest and best looking around. Even better than brand new builds. Keep up the great work and I’ll see y’all again soon now. Thank you, Your newest regular customer!

1 /5 Faith Norman: I checked in a hotel up the street around 9 pm and decided to get chicken and dumpling since its a comfort food and what I thought would be a pleasant end to a stressful day. Unfortunately, that was not the case because I was sold SPOILED AND SOUR chicken and dumplings. I did not return the evening and said I would bring it to them in the morning because I didnt want to run the risk of receiving even more ROTTEN food. BIG MISTAKE. The manager on shift couldnt be bothered with me and did not even speak to me personally. She told the cashier to tell me that shes not willing to do anything bout it. Absolutely horrible. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card due to the quality issues. If your passing through Mt Vernon Texas, do yourself a favor and dont stop at Dairy Queen. Theyre wonderful everywhere in Texas EXCEPT Mount Vernon!!!

1 /5 Stuart Momon: Order a combo meal. Ask for tots instead of fries. They upcharge.80 cents to switch. No problem. Get it home and this is what they call a large tot. This is a DQ that keeps on giving. BAD SERVICE.

5 /5 Dustin Fu: Located right next to the highway exit. The restaurant was very clean. Witnessed the crew member cleaning the outside windows. The floor inside was clean as well as the restroom. The orders were cooked after you order. French fries were hot and crispy with a whole cup full of ketchup. The grilled chicken sandwich was piping hot. The burger was hot as well with icy cold lettuce. The $2.99 sundae was enough to complete a fulfilling meal. Highly recommended.
