4 /5 J.J. Gonzalez: I tried Cowboys for the first time today. I ordered the 3 meat plate consisting of brisket 1 pork rib and 1 link of sausage with beans and potato salad as sides. The plate also included 2 slices of bread with onions and pickles as well. The wife ordered the carne guisada plate which also came with the same sides and Mexican rice. The brisket was super tender but lacked a little flavor. The pork rib was delicious and fall off the bone. I enjoyed the sausage and sides as well. The wife enjoyed the carne guisada but wasnt able to finish it so I helped her a bit lol. The carne guisada was really tender as well and the Mexican rice was great. We ordered the food to go so I really cant comment on the atmosphere.
