5 /5 Jose A. Gonzalez: I just found out about this place. Its awesome. Watch out Portillos, Cordons is going to give you a run for your money!! Im definitely coming back to try the pizza. The Italian Beef was amazing. Mel had the Gyro and she cant stop talking about it. The portions are a good size, along with the "out of this world" flavor!!

5 /5 Corey Graham: We recently celebrated a 55th birthday at Cordon’s Taste of Chicago with a large party of about 12 people, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The team was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to reserve a table in advance, which made it easy for all of our friends and family to sit together comfortably. We placed a very large order, took time to do cake, and even though they close at 9 PM, we never once felt rushed. In fact, the staff went above and beyond—joining in to say happy birthday and making us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was exactly what you hope for from a true Chicago-style spot. This place is truly a hidden gem in Edinburgh, and I can confidently say it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend for celebrations, family gatherings, or just a great meal with great people. We’ll definitely be back!

3 /5 N R: We finally decided to give this place a try and, in all honesty, the food and tea tasted great, I recommend! We were greeted kindly and have no complaints with how our order was taken however, as our food started arriving, we started noticing the errors. 1) My husband ordered onions rings in substitute of the fries-he got fries. 2) I asked for a salad in substitute of the fries-I got fries. 3) I asked for my wings to be all flats-I got flats and drums. 4) We asked for a pizza and wings to go for the kids-we were about to get that served to us, our server had to take it back to box it to go. 5) My salad was brought out and the server left it our table with no fork-my husband had to call her back for utensils. It was a super slow afternoon while we were there so, I am very disappointed with all the mix ups that occurred just within our table, and I wondered how many more people were going to get their orders messed up as they slowly started to arrive. I would still like to go back because of how good the food is, but I am hoping that next time we have better luck!
