Chicken Express - Hereford (TX)

2 /5 Matt Davis: Really enjoy chicken express, but this is the worst one I have been to. Ordered a meal, it came with half the chicken fingers that it was supposed to, mentioned it to the person who brought it out, she said she would go check on it and never came back. Fries were horrible, had been under the heat lamp for no telling how long. Server didn’t come back, neither will I. Lazy employees that fit the bill now a days.

1 /5 Vanessa Tamez: I went and order food from there and it was late about 830. I went back to work after taking my daughter food as well. The chicken tasted old and the mash potatoes were sour like they were bad or used something bad in them on both meals I couldnt call them back due them being closed already but food should not go out tasting bad like that so think about it next I decided to order food.

1 /5 andrea oneal: Lived in Texas my whole life and Ive never been charged for a ranch that should always come with jalapeno poppers and cheese sticks. This place is a money grab. The sides are already $5 plus you want to charge me 35 cents each ranch?

1 /5 Earl Earl: Hello. Today I was in your restaurant. I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner to eat in and a takeout item. Counter girl was pleasant. I asked for 2 cups for water. Im 80 and my wife is elderly also and for health reasons we dont drink soda. I noticed that the girl went to the screen and added something. I asked if she was charging me for cups. She said yes so I saw the manager and she said yes. Naturally they have a hollow slogan on the wall that of course is only decor. What good can you do today. Surely I left and went down the street to another restaurant that was happy to give us water when we ordered food. If this business is so strapped for cash that they disrespect people of age I would suggest aged folks go down the street to eat like we did. Thats what good I will do today. Thanks.
