Chick-fil-A - Big Spring (TX)

5 /5 Bobby: *UPDATE* I have visited on more than one occasion after the 1 negative occurrence and they have all been well-deserved 5 star reviews!! Food, Service, Atmosphere, all great!! Keep it up Chick-Fila, keep it up! The only reason why I had to visit is because one of my kids was hungry for the chicken minis; however, they have lost my business due to rude customer service and for another reason already discussed with corporate and local management.

1 /5 Becky Williams-Anderson: Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. Arrived at 10:15 to order breakfast. One person working the register inside and another standing nearby doing nothing. Several customers besides myself and family waiting to order. The employee observing, finally asked to the man in front how she could help ( manager walked by several times) he placed his order and the lady stated “ breakfast ends at 10:30” the customer responded “yes, and I have been here for 15 minutes waiting…. It’s 10:30 now.” She said no breakfast it ends at 10:30. The customer was nice and responded “I was here at 10:15 waiting to order” - she said I’m sorry. The customer walked away and said forget it then “- manager looked directly at him as he was walking away and did nothing. We were there for breakfast as well but obviously knew that wouldn’t happen.. so we ordered one nugget meal with coffee. We waited 10 minutes for someone to hand us the coffee. Terrible customer service and extremely disappointed by the male managers response to the customers.

5 /5 Jaime Sotelo: Excellent customer service. Food was served quick during lunch hour. By far best Chick-fil-A I been to. Very attentive personal. We really enjoyed our visit.

1 /5 Kenneth Bell: I have written, phoned, talked to managers and still the restaurant in Big Spring, Texas is the absolute worst I have ever been to. It is heartbreaking because this community wanted and deserved this establishment. 7 out of my last 10 visits my order was not correct. Everything from whole sandwiches to fries or desserts left out. Tonight it happened again. A simple internet order and the fries were left out. Up side is, at least they didn’t taste like old grease which has been the norm in the past. Maybe some of my conversations with managers has helped. I will no longer be a customer here. Get it right!!!
