1 /5 David Russell: Weve eaten at the cheddars location many times and unfortunately, weve never gotten a steak that was cooked properly. My wife and I ate there last night. We ordered one meal to share - steak and ribs. The server brought the mean to our table and there was only a steak, no ribs. When we told her wheres the ribs she said oh thats right You ordered ribs too. We ordered the steak medium rare, when we cut into the steak it was rare totally raw in the middle. So they offer to cook another steak, when they brought that to the table it was even more rare than the first. Then they brought another steak which again was more rare than the first and the second. Also the cook or whomever brought the steak out was very rude and said he was colored blind so he couldnt tell if the steak was rare or not. We wound up just eating the ribs and the baked potato and leaving the steak on the table. They did comp our meal but that wasnt what we were shooting for. We were shooting for a meal that we ordered. Not sure if Ill ever order a steak there again. Seems I dont know how to cook it.
