2 /5 Ricardo Jenny “Jenna”: My family of six to eight frequently visits this restaurant, and the food has consistently been excellent. However, the customer service has been disappointing lately. When we’ve raised concerns, staff often seem confused or unsure how to respond.
On our most recent visit, I ordered tortilla soup to-go. Typically, the tortilla strips are packaged separately to stay crisp, but this time they were included in the soup, resulting in a soggy texture. Additionally, the hot sauce container wasn’t properly sealed, causing it to spill. Spending $78, plus a $16 tip, for this level of service was frustrating.
Unfortunately, returning to the restaurant to address the issue wasn’t practical. I hope the management can address these service issues, as we’ve always enjoyed the food here.
