1 /5 Gustavo Alaniz: This was my first time dining at this Burger King, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the start. The drive-thru took a long time, and while I was ordering, I was speaking clearly, but the employee taking my order responded in a rude tone, saying he couldn’t hear me. He could’ve said that in a much better way.
After placing my order, I waited in the drive-thru line for about 15 minutes, which felt excessive. When I finally got to the window, the employee was again very rude and looked like he didn’t want to be there at all. He didn’t include any ketchup in the bag, and when I waited at the window for it, he seemed irritated just by my presence. I later realized I also didn’t receive a straw.
I understand mistakes happen, but customer service matters, and this employee didn’t seem to care at all about professionalism or basic courtesy. The only positive part of my visit was the food itself. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience
