3 /5 CYSTA AYALA: The food is okay, its seems pricey but I guess when you compare it to ihop its okay. The coffee is 4.00 a cup, and it was literally so.e of the worst coffee I have ever had. They only have Pepsi products, so just FYI. We shared a meal had a coffee and soda and it was over (so 1 meal) 30.00 just to give you an idea.

5 /5 Kiersten Williams: Black Bear Diner – Great Experience! I visited Black Bear Diner today and had a really great experience overall. My server, Samantha, was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made sure I was taken care of and checked on me throughout the meal. I did have one issue — my eggs had a hair in them — but Samantha handled it immediately and professionally, getting it fixed right away without any hassle. Mistakes happen, and the way she corrected it made a big difference. The portions were huge, definitely an abundance of food, and everything else tasted great. Despite the minor hiccup, I’ll absolutely be returning again. Great service goes a long way, and Samantha made the visit worth it!

1 /5 MANDY LANE-Allen: Hate leaving this review since we love the franchise but today was awful. It took ten minutes for someone to even put our name on the list. Then once we were sat, another 25 minutes passed without us even being acknowledged, much less even getting a drink order. No one said anything to us as we got up along with another customer who was in the same boat as we were. We went across the street to Cracker Barrel and had excellent service and amazing food. Very disappointed and probably wont be back to this location

5 /5 Tonya Lowery: We frequent black bear diner all over Texas. Were at the one in Fort Worth most of the time. But when we came to the Beaumont location., we had Tristin as our server and she was phenomenal, the food was delicious. The Caesar salad dressing and croutons were the best Ive ever eaten And to be honest, if it was not so freezing cold in the restaurant we probably would have stayed longer for my husband to have desert! But unfortunately, corporate controls their thermostats, and they could not turn the temperature up at all. It was a cool 60°. If not colder. ♥️ Thank you Tristin!
