1 /5 Robin A: This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I tried ordering an item clearly marked all day, yet the server told me I couldn’t because it was after 4 pm. I showed her the menu, and instead of acknowledging it, she acted annoyed and said she’d “have to check,” then never came back with an answer.
When my food finally arrived, it was burnt. By the time the server returned, it was too late for a replacement because everything had already taken far too long. My husband’s tri tip was rubbery, unappetizing, and served without sauce. Then the pizookie showed up cold.
When I told the manager, her only response was, “She’s new,” with no apology or responsibility taken at all.
Poor food, poor service, and poor management. This was a bad experience, period.
