5 /5 RV Crazy?: We thought we would give Billy Bs a try since the food pics looked pretty good. Well now we have been back now, the last time I had the Catfish and shrimp plate, this time I had the 1/3rd pound hamburger with cheese. OMG what a pleasant surprise, Billy Bs is actually a restaurant thats part of a cattle auction barn in Groesbeck, Texas. Let me tell you, if you dont try this place when youre nearby, you are really missing a great restaurant. The service was right on track, quick and friendly. The food was so good, everything my wife and I have tried has been very tasty! However this time I thought I would try one of the deserts. I ordered the cheesecake to go. When I got home and let the wonderful dinner settle a bit, I opened the cheesecake I brought home from Billy Bs. Wow was I surprised!! This piece of cheesecake was huge! It was at least 6" thick and about 3" wide! When I tasted it, it was so creamy and flavorful I knew I made a great choice!! This has to be the best cheesecake Ive ever ordered from a restaurant. The graham cracker crust had a thick crust that was like graham cracker heaven. Put the two together and this cheesecake was a real winner for desert. If your looking for a different kind of place, a bit out of the way, pop into Billy Bs for some of the best food in Texas!! Youll be a return customer just like we were!!!
