5 /5 Sean Corcoran: If you are ever in Jacksonville, TX, make sure you swing by Beverly’s Country Cafe. We were here for breakfast and were impressed with the quality of the food and excellent service. The blueberry pancakes were the best I have ever had! Light, fluffy, and full of blueberry flavor. The omelette had big chunks of ham, fresh sautéed mushrooms and was made with fresh eggs. DELICIOUS!!! You MUST stop by if you are in town.

5 /5 BJ Kirby: Cracked eggs, Waffles, Bacon, Pork Chops, French Toast, and good coffee is what’s for breakfast at Beverly’s Country Cafe! I was greeted with “Good Morning” by THREE employees-which never happens. I’ve noticed over the years that if one employee gets you on the way in somehow the others know they don’t need to acknowledge you at all. NICE TOUCH Beverly, even if it was by happenstance. By reading my other breakfast reviews, you’ll see that “hash-browns Crispy or burnt and I know it’ll slow down my order” is how I start. I get them served “Crispy” as I like them maybe 1 in 50 requests. Today, they were spot on. I liked them so much that I ordered a second order just to see if the cook could screw it up; spot-on TWICE! The closest I’ve been to a Denver omelette as good as this one was in Red River, New Mexico almost 20 years ago. The eatery is clean, has a meeting room, and even a gift shop. I didn’t take photos of the dining room because I couldn’t take a shot without showing faces of customers. However, there is seating for probably 40 or so besides that seating in the second and somewhat private room. Nice job Beverly and team!

5 /5 The Helper (Chris): Everything was wonderful. Buttery pancakes and fluffy waffles.. The grilled Chicken was moist and delicious. My Cow Camp scramble was delightful. The biscuits were definitely home made delicious. Good service and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

1 /5 A L: The food is always cooked with old oils, and they dont wash the coffee cups people drink from. Its very unpleasant to see them bring you your coffee in a dirty cup. The bacon is black because they never wash the griddles they cook on; its a disaster. I dont recommend it.
