5 /5 Jessica Nunez: Ok, so we had a horrible experience in November. Alex the manager contacted me and asked us to give them another chance to rectify the situation. We went back and let me tell you the experience was amazing! Alex made sure we were taken care of and our waitress Christine was very attentive and polite. Our drinks never ran dry and she was very pleasant. The food was good , which we have never had an issue with the food here, we love it. I have to say that we will be back to this location. I truly appreciate Alex for reaching out and making this experience 10000% better than our last. This type of customer service will keep us customers for life.

5 /5 SpaceCityHTX: Top service, clean, fun for sports watching or a family meal. Food is amazing and their drinks are top shelf with real baristas. Staff always seem to enjoy working there. Love every single chip and dish. And their prices are the lowest most affordable budget friendly. Absolutely love this place

1 /5 Jordan Ezebuiro: Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a while. The advertisements for the cheese burger/2 for $25 brought us in, so we drove 20+ minutes to this location. A huge mistake. Getting sat was fine, but that’s where the experience starts and ends. We sat there for 20 mins while a waitress walked by us 4 times (we counted). AND then a Manager looking woman walked by everyone in our section and asked the usual “are yall ok” “how is the food” and STILL walked by us with nothing to say. We got up and left. Not to play this card (don’t do light at ALL) but I was the only black person in there for the looks of it, so I don’t know if it was racism or just pure terrible hospitality. We will not be coming back here or any Applebees locations. I strongly urge you if you read this far to do the same.

2 /5 Jasmin Muñoz: Went to Applebees this past Sunday and will never go back to this location. Their air conditioning has so much condensation, we didn’t notice until my husband had water fall on his arm and we looked up. There’s multiple wet spots on the ceiling (and carpet floors) all through the restaurant. Our server was trying his best but he was in charge of multiple tables. Manager was talking with another server instead of helping out. We went for the all you can eat deal and we didn’t like the food, especially the ribs that were burnt.

1 /5 Dillon Briggs: If I could give a 0 star review I would. As soon as my Fiance and I walked in there was a short young waitress with dark curly hair yelling and arguing with the young male host that they "better not be sat in her section" and was still muttering to him in his ear as he as deciding where to seat us. He asked us if the bar was okay and instantly started walking us over there but we told him no, we did not want to sit in the bar. Then he looked at the waitress and she made a sigh and he then sat us at a regular booth. We were waiting for over 8 minutes for someone to even come and greet us all while the waitress as well as an older Male manager came up to the host stand to talk to her, all while looking at our table but never sending anyone. Horrible attitude and customer service.
