Ricky Very incompetent, no good, dont want to put the leg work in to find the person to sapina with a protective order. I even found the person and sent them where the person was located and they still didnt even try. not very good at returning phone calls or emails and if they do it weeks later. Basically, just keep it short and simple.Thats the jist of it. Waste of months. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I have dealt with Sheila Shea, John Nix, Britton Brooks, Linzie Rossler, and Joe Neal Smith. I have nothing bad to say about any of these attorneys and are thankful for the part they played in our custody battle. They are all capable and good attorneys as why we hired them. However Joe Neal Smith is my favorite. He was able to mediate quickly and effectively in my most recent custody case. He told me what I needed to hear and didn’t over sell it. He was upfront and grounded. He is experienced and that showed! He was willing to do whatever I wanted, but helped me see what needed to be done and how to do it. Recently, I went back to court to collect money owed. I self represented as well as one of the other party. Not sure how exactly it happened but it did, the opposing attorney was not cooperating in my opinion as the judge had directed us. Joe shows up and stepped in and got my order pushed through. Let me be clear the only reason I didn’t hire Joe for this case was because I wasn’t going to pay any attorney $4k to try to collect 8k that even if I won there was no guarantee I would ever see the money. However Joe cares about you and showed that. I was able to win and get compensated. This was mainly due to Joe stepping in on his time and helping out. Joe thank you will never be enough!

Naomi I was looking for an attorney who could help in some old cases, I was referred Ryan Kreck through another company. The original communication was great, he told me he would be able to help me with my cases, I just needed time to collect the money. However, when I had the money to pay, he stopped communicating all together. I texted multiple times, he looked at all the messages and still I have not heard a single word. Communicating if youre no longer able to work a case anymore would have proven more respectable than not saying anything at all. It speaks levels on your morale and character.

karen stevenson Worst experience ever! I only used him because I needed an attorney to help me with my mom’s trust. I had to sue one someone that had a loan who refused to pay a penny back, I won in court. While waiting for the court that morning, he asked me about the girl’s response that she mailed in. I’m flabbergasted that he asked this considering this was the first I’d heard of it. I ended up winning that since I had proof of a contract she signed. Being she’s in another state, had to have the police dept serve her. When I asked if she had been served, he couldn’t tell me. I ended up having to go to court myself because my brother claimed I stole money from the trust, which I have proof of all contracts. The day of court, Ron comes to be and said he wasn’t sure about being my attorney! Say what?!?!? After giving him money many times throughout the years he just stops helping me? What a waste of time and money. I had earlier in the years sent him an email stating that he was fired and I wanted a breakdown of his charges. Never ever received anything from him. The other attorney ended up being a judge in a different county so I ended up back with Ron. Sadly. Don’t waste ur time and r money using him. He’s lost both cases for me and another for my daughter that he claimed he was perfect for helping us win each case.
