Thuy Nguyen Gateway Church in Frisco is a wonderful place! I visited for the first time and was truly impressed by the pastor’s inspiring message and the warm, welcoming community. Everyone was so friendly, and I absolutely loved the experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Nine Lives Everyone is very nice and friendly. The sermons are great as well. My only complaint is allowing people to come in late during praise and worship. I dont think its fair to the people on time to have their time with God interrupted because of late parrishners. Please think about implementing a policy that if you are more than 5 minutes late you must wait in the lobby until praise and worship is finished.

Autumn Springer We first came to this church in 2020 during Covid. They truly demonstrated 1 Cor 9:22b "I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some." They had something for everyone on that Covid spectrum. Distanced televised service online, masked social distancing service in person and regular in person service. It so impressed us that in a time of great division, they found a perfect balance so that everyone could continue to worship in whatever way made them the most comfortable. Our children enjoyed their youth and childrens ministries. The camps, retreats, VBSes, classes, youth group, service opportunities, and activities were excellent and run by an excellent staff. WARNING: If you have sensory issues, this will not be the place for you. The smoke machines and lightning effects during worship often triggered and aggravated my migraines, to which I am prone. I have children who are on spectrum, that would often need to leave service because of how loud it was. It is important to know they are very Baptist theologically. With non-denom churches, it is often tough to know where they stand, but after several years here, this became clear. Issues we dont align with like Dispensationalism were tipping points for us to move on. We were not ever able to find community here for ourselves even after 3 years. We have one relationship from that time, but they too go to a different church now. If you like Ted-Talk Baptist sermons and rock band worship, you may enjoy it here.

Cristopher Marshall I became a believer at age 26 at a neighboring church in the Dallas area. I have only attended two churches and did not grow up in a church setting. I say that to give context to my testimony. It has all been during my adult life. That being said, I have been attending Frisco Bible for 18 years now. I know most of the staff well. Im plugged in to a small group, and many of my closest friendships have been developed at this church. The teaching is at a substantially higher level (academic and theological) than most churches I have visited. If you are looking for deep, scripture-rooted, Christ-centered, expository teachings, I would highly recommend this church. God Bless!

Chris Rush As one of the few churches open during the pandemic, this Modern Christian Church experience makes anyone feel safe and right at home! They are welcoming from the second you pull into the lot all the way to your seat. The special kids programs with their first-rate production with age appropriate material, had my kids excited to return! Creative messages, top notch music, friendly volunteers and opportunities to get involved make this a perfect place for us to call our new church home!

Jeff Hackett We’ve attended several churches since moving to Texas and all of them have been welcoming. Yet there’s something intangible about Preston Trail… it simply feels like home. The weekly messages from Jim, Paul and Alison expand our understanding of God’s will with a particular focus on the NT and Jesus’ life and teachings. The music is uplifting and we’ve met some wonderful new friends. If you’re looking for a church home, I’d encourage you to visit Preston Trail.

Cece Spencer Went to New Life Community Church for the first time with my husband Sean Spencer. They greeted us with excellence and pointed us to the tribe worship center the kids area. We checked our kids in and the usher walked us to our seats in the main sanctuary. They had a fruitful message about going from “Pain into the Promise” it was a right on time message. I loved that they had a prayer team and we went up for prayer after the message and a powerful man of God prayer for our family. We enjoyed the church picnic and fellowship with members. I also wanted to highlight Cynthia, she greeted us with so much love and blessed our family with a laptop computer for our ministry. Thank you New Life for your love and warm welcome and for all that you do for our community.

Jonathan Nanson Great church! Very inviting and friendly. The Sunday services are fantastic, awesome worship music and a great message every Sunday! My wife and I moved to the Frisco area and started looking for a new church to plug into. When we visited Providence we could tell we found what we were looking for; a family of believers dedicated to Christ and reaching our community with the Gospel. Providence has been a huge blessing for us and we love the community and connection we have at our Church.

Elizabeth Eigen The Holy Spirit is here! My husband and I had been searching around Frisco for a church and we are so grateful we found Providence. Their worship isn’t flashy and they explain why we are worshiping the songs! I always cry during their worship in a good way! Their preaching is spot on with scripture and they don’t preach a “feel good” message. Many times I leave feeling convicted and that’s how it should be! We are so thankful we found our new church home.

Sarah Rylie We found FCC late last year and have not felt so loved in a long time. The leadership and the members reached out to us and helped us find our place here. We mentioned a serious dietary allergy to them, and everyone has been so accommodating— even changing communion wafers so that my son and I can participate with the rest of the community. I’ve seen the love of Jesus lived out here and am grateful for finding FCC.

Getting involved is really easy and the way the reach out team communicates makes it effortless. All the pastors are pleasant and warm. Having a place to call home, get a well delivered message that is relatable and consistent was the goal and now we laugh and cry sometimes while celebrating our salvation in Jesus Christ. I would recommend trying out Frisco First. P.S Our kids get as excited as we do for Sunday mornings.

Madison Hargrove My family has been attending Genesis Metro for a year now and love it. The community we have gotten from attending services, Sisterhood events, Brotherhood events, Young Adults, Fuse, and so much more has been overwhelming! Pastor Tim’s honesty and vulnerability on stage while teaching from the Word is really what roped us in, but the people made us stay. As a business manager I always preach (no pun intended) on getting your own experience before believing any reviews so we attended a Pastor’s Lunch after one of the services and asked questions! Thank you GM for the best year!
