Circus Pack Family (NancetteImage) The shortest review would be that City Life is a contemporary Bible based Jesus seeking church. But it is so much more than that. This is where my little family has found true church community. This is not a place where you blend into the background and go unnoticed. The people of City Life will genuinely and actively seek to meet you and get to know you. There is a strong focus on children’s ministry and I have seen huge growth in my children and their knowledge about Jesus. The music is modern and the musicians and singers radiate their passion for the Lord through every beat of every song. The message is relevant, honest and straight from God’s Word. A year later this is a home. A place and community that we love and look forward to reuniting with all week long.

Spencer Capps As a new resident in Fort Worth, I was eager to find a church in downtown to not only strengthen my relationship with Christ but also to meet new people and build friendships. City Life has done that and more! Through City Lifes refreshing Sunday services, volunteering opportunities, and Social & Growth Connect groups, I feel right at home in Fort Worth!

Rhonda Johnson I’ve been part of many churches throughout my life, but none have impacted me like Hope Church. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re genuinely seen, known, and welcomed. It’s a multi-generational community where deep, lasting relationships are formed—whether through serving, small groups, or simply doing life together. Hope Church consistently offers meaningful opportunities for spiritual growth, and you’ll find wisdom and encouragement from Christ-followers who walk alongside you. It’s a place where biblical truth is not only taught but lived out, helping you apply Gods Word in real, practical ways. If youre looking for a church that feels like home and helps you grow in faith at every stage of life, Hope Church is the place.

Kara Baldwin I’ve found this church to be very welcoming and friendly. The sermons are solidly based on the Bible and the people have a desire to help others walk with God - from the young children to adults. I’ve been encouraged in my own walk with God and can honestly say I have grown spiritually during my time at Hope Church. I would recommend it!

D H We have attended CCBC for almost 2 years, and have decided it is the best church we have ever attended! I am retired military, so we have moved 20 times, which means we have been members of at least 20 different churches around the world, and CCBC comes in first place in our hearts. The preaching is always Biblical, and delivered in a easy understandable manner. The music is AMAZING, and enjoyable. If you want to connect with God, and be His follower, this is the place to attend.

Soo Leong Liu If you want to lift your spirits and hear messages of hope and love, this is it! Theres a good mix of young and old here. Theres a large Childrens Department. The 60-70 member choir sings many old hymns. The orchestra is very talented. Both enhance the worship portion of the service. Youll be greeted with a smile at the door. If you look lost, someone will usually ask if you need help. We enjoy our visits there.

J Owens This was my first time attending a LifeChurch. The sermon was good, and people seemed friendly. But on my way out of the church I witnessed a man and his young child slip on a wet floor. The door holders did nothing, didn’t help them up or ask if they were ok. With this being my first time here, I was already a bit reticent but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Isaiah H Great service! Plenty of options for service times. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help you. From the parking lot pickups to get you to the door, to the child Bible Study rooms, it’s always organized and the word is very clear and concise. I appreciate the church as a whole and always look forward to going to praise God with likeminded Christians. Highly recommended to visit.

Andi M This campus does not see or value mid-life singles. As a woman in my 40s, I am not able to join their Bible study groups. They offer two groups, 1 for singles up to 35 years old and 1 for married people. I asked them about this. They said I was welcome to join a small group that was just women. It wasn’t the same as a Bible study group, and why am I not given the opportunity to study the Bible with both men and women to get different perspectives? Simply because I’m single and in my 40s? It seems yes, because if you are single and under 35 its okay to be in a co-ed study group. The information desk told me maybe they weren’t a good fit for me if that’s what I was looking for because in their experience, coed Singles Group create “trouble” (but I guess only after a certain age since they did have an under 35 co-ed group! SMH) Ultimately, I did not feel welcome, seen or remotely cared about.

Tecle Gebremicheal Great church and great people out there. I attended a couple of Sundays and a Wednesday night and I was hoping to go back more because our first day was a surprise. The way they welcomed new people and engaging was amazing. There was a lunch, get together and just getting to know each other moment. The only downside was that my son refused going back. I suspect he didn’t have a positive experience at the kids ministry but regardless it’s a church that actually makes you feel a good place to worship. Not a lot of churches have that level of commitment to welcoming and networking with fellow members.

J Petrash The believers who meet here realize the basic need of every man is life, that is, Christ as life. They take Christ as the reality of every positive thing in the universe. What this means is they believe in God, Christ, and the Spirit. They believe in the Bible, they believe in living the normal Christian life by enjoying Christ in their human spirit. Not only do they know the Word but they also enjoy its practical out working. There is prayer, fellowship, and enjoyment on every level in homes as well as in the meeting hall. A wonderful place to rear a family.

Isaiah Price Mercy Culture has completely changed my life. I’ve attended multiple churches over the years, but this is the first one that hasn’t just felt like “home”—it’s felt like more. It’s where I’ve learned what it really means to daily encounter God, and that has transformed every part of my life. From the worship to the Word, everything is led by the Spirit. The presence of God is so real here, and the people are some of the kindest and most genuine you’ll ever meet. I’ve grown more spiritually in this house than I have anywhere else. One of the most powerful parts of Mercy Culture is the leadership. Pastor Landon doesn’t just preach a good message—he shares exactly what God is saying, and you can tell he spends time with God, not just talking about Him. His humility and hunger set the tone for the whole church. There are so many good things I could say, but if you’re hungry for more than just Sunday mornings—if you’re looking to grow, be challenged, and walk closely with Jesus—this is where it happens. This place is the real deal.

Arthur Salas I can’t say enough good things about this church. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and at home. The atmosphere is warm, the people are kind, and the presence of God is felt in every service. What I especially love is how the church balances deep biblical teaching with a strong sense of community. Whether youre new to the faith or have been a believer for years, this is a church where you can grow, serve, and be part of something truly meaningful. I’m so thankful God led me here!

Macayla Bittner Attended for Easter service today after driving by the newly built building thinking wow that’s beautiful I’d like to try that church. The pastor was a breath of fresh air and I loved the words he spoke today. Loved the band and the fact that they had a song in Spanish. The little coffee shop was a great addition. My family and I will be making this our new home. Can’t wait for next weeks service!

SK Lowry I love it here. They do a wonderful job of assimilating new members into church life. They work to discover what a person is interested in and/or passionate about and plug them into similar groups and/or projects. The stained glass windows are beautiful and I especially like the large pipe organ at the 11:00 service in the sanctuary.

Irma Casiano I’m a first timer attending this church. It was a blessing to receive word of God and people sitting around me were friendly. Two important points to consider in my humble opinion, 1. is the lack of acknowledgement of new visitors which helps to make them feel welcome and at the same time it helps keep track of the people coming in the church. 2. There wasn’t an altar call for salvation which is the reason of providing the message of Jesus for the benefit of in person and online viewers.

This last Sunday, I was able to witness my niece be dedicated. I have to say, what an amazing experience Gateway offers from the family side. Obviously, Gateway offers more than the usual church ⛪️ but it’s amazing to see what the church staff can do for you on an event like this. Y’all simply are doing it right. And thank you for what you will continue to do for my family.
