Pastor B and the teaching staff are really good about going through the Bible, verse by verse, and explaining the context of Bible passages, and educating us on the history of the biblical times. This church is a very loving, kind, & non-judgmental community. “Come as your are” is their motto, and you will find people like family within the walls of this church. Redemption is by far the best church in the Southeast Texas area.

Ruth Sanchez Redemption Church is truly a place where you will feel the presence of God and see the people of God be The Church like the Bible intended! My experience first visiting Redemption was a welcoming parking lot team excited to see me and to welcome me! Followed by cheerful greeters that genuinely wanted to know who I am and interested in my story! Worship was AMAZING to say the least! The presence of God is palpable in every service and the leaders are so sensible to the spirit which allows the congregation to join in! The preaching is always a blessing to my life and teachings are based directly from the Bible scripture by scripture! I recommend visiting Redemption and experience it yourself!

Jimmy Fleming Were a touring band and we played at the one city church Espanol. They had everything ready for us when we arrived, which is completely unusual. Very grateful for the hard workers there. They were extremely nice to us and their tech people were knowledgeable about their system. The system sounded great, pastor is super nice, just a great experience. Experience. Youre looking for a Spanish church. Go visit him. I would say that most anyone that works at a church is a reflection of the leadership of the pastor, so Im guessing that the English church is top notch as well.

If you are new and just want to get acclimated, you can blend in if that makes you comfortable, or if you want to jump in, you can join a service team, a small group, or whatever is your journey. It is a place that nurtures your own spiritual path with God, wherever you are at. I never felt pressured, inadequate, or ignored. On top of all of that, the music is uplifting and amazing. For me, it really gives me a chance to connect to God with other followers of Christ. Pastor Regs sermons are always so spiritually guided and informed, and I learn so much! I write down things so fast, I often have to re-watch the sermons because they are so packed with such great Biblically history and profound messages. I love series that connect each Sunday. The themes that build to something bigger and re-emphasizes spiritual truths and feel that coin drop- head to the heart.

I did not know the word when I entered this church, but i stayed, talking with God twice weekly for his direction. Today I know he knew I was very lost. I told him "Lord you have 8 weeks to tell me this is to be my home. He did on the eighth week on the last service he showed me this was home, a song only My DAD and He the Lord would know that song would effect my thought pattern and it was sung from the Pulpit that last night.It truly changed my life. Amber Ramshur We attended this church today and immediately I loved how relaxed the environment was. The nursery was great with my babies, the youth dept did well with my older crew even though my twins were out of their adhd medicine, the service wasn’t preached by the normal pastor because he was sick but the guy that did preach did an awesome job and I enjoyed the service, Music dept could be better but they did good too. We’re going to see where this one goes

If you don’t know or related to the ELITE, live upity, drive a fancy car, wear the nicest clothes then your a NOBODY (trash)! God for bid he allow your to go through a trial it’s all ehhhh when your in their faces but when you really need them to talk or pray with you good luck again unless your in that click otherwise it’s all for show. I can proudly say this with NO REGRET that I grew up in this church many years ago when it was under the leadership of one of the GREATEST MEN of God Marvin L.Cole. We were considered white trash by the congregation then , now and will always be. Leopards NEVER change their spots. Bro. Cole loved us when no one else did. He truly saw us like Jesus saw us with love and purpose NEVER judgmental but rather with a kind loving spirit.

Angela Arvizo This was my first time going to Westgate Church. I just moved back to the area on May 2nd. When I was looking for a church to go I felt the Lord put this one on my heart even before searching the internet. I saw the words Westgate Baptist Church come to my mind. When I got there I wasnt sure where the entrance was and a very nice lady named Darlene led me to it. I was very warmly welcomed by the people there. Especially those in the last 2 rows in the back who let me sit with them. The worship music and singing were so good and I liked the preaching. I look forward to being there again.

Timmy Herrington Beautiful christ-centered Christian Church. Next to the way in caldwood off of Lindbergh Drive. It makes you feel like youre in a suburb where it is quiet and peaceful and Serene. Great day care offered at this church. Also lots of activities for all ages. If youre wanting to become even more spiritual I would greatly recommend this church. The parishioners and Pastor here truly care about people and their spiritual being. Great Sunday morning worship service at 10:50 a.m.

David Delaney this church is truly wonderful. they put their beliefs into action. not just a script, it is from the heart. I moved from my home church in Houston and was so taken by the spirit of this congregation and its warm Pastor I could do little else but join in something worth while. YOUwill not be disappointed
