1 /5 Kevin Weinberger: I used to visit this place often at first I loved it then on July 22nd I was playing a game and hit a bonus round got an empty fire ball a mini and some $ amount balls. Bonus stopped and proceeded to count the bonus balls out. When it reached the empty ball I didn’t pay anything which is very weird because every time I’ve gotten one of these it’s paid one of the jackpots. So I told the front desk they came over Called Fire link. They couldn’t pull up the bonus round just end So they told me that they would get a hold of me they have to talk to the programmers. Left went home, realized nobody asked me for my contact information went in the next day Play a different machine same thing happened bonus round empty ball No pay. I never known a bonus room to not pay and I really never seen an empty ball. I asked about trying to Claim my prize. And was told I no longer welcome. I tried multiple times to contact them To try to get my prize, I’ve been told not to return. I’ve been blocked from the phone. This place is a cheat A scam and I do not treat their customers well. It hurts me to say this.
