Tracey Complete lack of communication. Complete lack of customer service. Harvey is more than happy to accept your money but, after that is done, he really drops the proverbial ball. States, after the fact, that he had an emergency that prevented him from any action or assistance for 12 days, yet never informed me of this until after the fact. Then states he was in the hospital after my repeated attempts to reach he and Gary for 12 days with no response. Again, he was only too happy to accept my $$$$$$. Now, cant get him to respond to an email 3+ weeks later to answer questions related to the job I PAID for. I lost my mom in late April, so I know what it is to have an emergency or to be relegated to hospital care. Still, no work or professionalism from Harvey Cox. My family is very disappointed in this individual.

KIm Conn I was referred to Daniel Starks office after my wreck. Spencer is an attorney in the Waco area. He responded quickly and even came to the house, I was recovering in, to visit with me. After we agreed on the details his work began. I never turned back, I felt completely comfortable with the direction he took. Heather is his right hand and she does deep dives into the driver at fault and looks for any avenue I could be compensated. Heather also touched base, weekly or bi-weekly, bringing me up to date on the process. The small things they do made me feel confident that I was their client. Edith Gamal Mrs. Brittany is a very nice and friendly person, but that does not make her the best attorney, or an attorney at all. Her assistant is rude and incompetent. Mr. Pablo Martinez has his own problems to deal with and he doesnt have time to defend anyone. I did a better job at defending my fiance than they ever did. We were lucky enough to find a new law firm that is trying to fix the mess that these "so called attorneys" made.

SARA SULAK Paid $500 for an online consultation regarding a LLC. She was very condescending, would giggle under her breath when giving us bad news and gave us nothing but bad news. She basically told us we were going to lose everything, including personal property, told my husband to get a second job to "support his family" and was sure to let us know how busy she was and how valuable her time was. We have since found a more professional lawyer that has actual advice and solutions for our situation. I would not recommend Ms. Shank to anyone.
