Jason Robinson The check in person at the front, older man, probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered, at a business. You may not like your job and you may not like the public, but you chose to sit in that chair and check people in. You should at least try to have common courtesy to address people in a reasonable manner. lose attitude, you would think there was no training on how to address the public, unbelievable. Hey look I’m in good company. You’re 100% dissatisfaction based on the review below mine

Francine Redmond Worst experience ever at this location. Ive been a patient over 10 years and I was told wrong appointment time when I called this morning to schedule so I was 15 minutes late. The woman checking in and the nurse did not care and I had to leave to go to the ER to be seen. I told the person who scheduled my appointment I live in Temple and work in Hutto so driving to the west side of Georgetown is out of the way but I was in so much pain I took it, left work, drove 30 minutes just to get canceled. Ladies were rude.
