Celli Witherspoon I wanted to take the time to tell you about this hidden jewel. A few years back we were looking for a church home and after searching Grand Prairie, Irving and other areas we ended up here at CBC. Right off we felt at home! The people are friendly and welcoming. We heard word of a mission trip and felt right off the Lord leading . They embraced my 3 teens my husband and I and let me tell you it was everything I hoped it would be on a mission trip. My kids were blessed to have landed right in the middle of Costa Rica ministering to the beautiful children. When looking for a church many people look online for pics , calendars as well as programs for kids. You won’t find a lot of it when looking but I think they are so busy living and loving to take the time to post. The youth pastor Jake took our kids and others to Colorado right in the middle of COVID when other churches youths were shut down online. It was much needed by all. It was an amazing mission and adventure! I just did my first woman’s retreat with 40 amazing ladies from all ages and background. The thoughtfulness and details that went into this was such an act of love. I left feeling more community than ever!!! We took some pics but I haven’t seen them but it’s not about pics but memories made. So if your looking for a well taught bible church that is sound and prayerful caring compassionate folks you will find that here and more. The youth are planning another mission trip in June. But they meet every Sunday for 3 hours and it’s always a blessing to my kids! Lots of outings. My kids love the 2-3 times a year camping outings that never disappoint!! The youth leaders go out of the way to teach instruct and mentor all those that come . Everyone feels welcome. Come serve and love deeply the community of Irving with us!!!

Square Business Entertainment Absolutely the best church in the country and I mean it. The teaching & preaching that takes place in this church is phenomenal! The choir is amazing, and its a great if you have children(they have childrens and teen church too). Aside from encouraging the congregation to be good stewards of money, there is not this big focus on money. They take one offering and you are reminded to only give what you can cheerfully(I wish that was more common). The pastor is SO committed to sharing the gospel and teaching the Word of God it is breathtaking. I wish he could be cloned and placed in some of these churches that need sound teaching. It is something you have to experience yourself!
