Joanna Diaz My only complaint is that employees need to be properly trained on how to communicate with clients, especially over the phone. As well there needs to be more transparency with clients. When we went in person the owner went out of his way to make sure that we left satisfied with our purchase although it was not what we initially wanted. I had previously made purchases and never had this issue before and I hope it’s that way moving forward being that I am a returning client.

Erika Iruegas Claudia and Diana helped my mother customize her own diamond EXACTLY how she wanted down to a T. To our surprise the price was way better than what we were expecting to pay, Claudia kept us updated on everything along the way. The 5ct oval cut was way more beautiful than what we even imagined, and picking out the diamond made our experience way more meaningful. Thank you Claudia for Informing us about your Diamond Event yall were having so we could find the perfect setting for it and all sized in the same day and letting us be a part of it made it even more sentimental , Claudia is amazing will help you out with any questions you have if you have no knowledge on jewelry, very trustworthy and will keep my business with her, they are the way to go. Seriously, other places at downtown McAllen try to push stuff on you or want you to choose quickly or keep it moving making it seem like you’re wasting their time - not here. They let you take your time on choosing items, of course I don’t take advantage as I know they have many customers. Each item I’ve picked which include earrings, necklace, and rings, (for myself and as gifts)are beautiful and the best prices I’ve found.
