Cassandra Greenfield I had the worst experience twice in the same afternoon. I came into the store and stood there for a few moments, deciding if I wanted to walk up the steps. Im in chemotherapy, so my energy is easily drained. An employee came down the steps, never spoke, and stood in front of the doorway, staring at me. I was the only person in the space, so there was no mistake about her intentions. I left because who needs to deal with that?
I sat outside for a while and was still upset enough to decide it was worth the effort to notify the management team. I returned to the store to discuss it with the employees or the Manager. This time, the employees greeted every guest that entered except me, and continued talking to each other as if I werent there. At that point, I just left. The store staff needs a refresher course in customer service.
