I took it to a Ford dealer, got an estimate to replace the body mounts, that’s what was making the noise, for $2,800. We are Winter Texans, so I spoke with my friends in Texas, they all recommended Doug’s Automotive. I talked with Steve at Doug’s Automotive, he was very knowledgeable and great talking to me. He gave me an estimate, $1,000, I made an appointment, he fixed my body mounts on time and at the quoted price. Great place to get your vehicle fixed.

Craig Kristin “Toxie” My check engine light came on and it turns out it was a corroded lip on the gas tank where the gas cap is. Steve asked me how badly that check engine light bothered me as it was going to be a 450 dollar repair or I could buy a new gas cap that would most likely " fix " my issue for a while. I appreciated his candor and they didnt even charge me for taking a look at my vehicle! Dougs was recommended to me by several people in the park where I live and I can see why now. I drove up today asking him to look at my car and I told him an Uber driver referred me and I told him my car was making a ticking noise when I pushed on the accelerator and its makes that noise on and off and he said he cant look at it with it not making that noise and laughed and me to think he treats young woman like this so no horrible customer service.

Pete Smith Called Juan’s because other transmission places couldn’t schedule me in for several weeks. Juan said send it over! I had it towed there and trusted he would look at it and determine a plan of action. He called me a couple days later with the prognosis and plan. Three days later it was done. He rebuilt the trans and replaced lines. It wasn’t cheap but transmission work is not easy and it’s a very specialized service. So far, so good! My vehicle is running fine. Thank you Juan!

Marco Cortez Best place I been to for a mini that no one would touch. They did great and the mechanics know exactly how to find the problem. I will be coming here if I ever need too again but after the work they did. my mini is in amazing condition. Price is very fair compared to the places that took 1000s and I still had problems. I was fine with that they called me and told me it was the evaporator hose. But they don’t like to work on compact car Chevy sparks. ashley torres I went in to get an oil change and a new tire they said okay I then went to go wait in their waiting room , a few minutes pass the guy with no hair comes back in and told me they didn’t have my tire in stock I said okay it’s fine. Once done I paid then went on I turn my car on and there is this notification. I’ve never had it before so I confronted the man about it , he said they never took the tire off. I think it’s weird that I didn’t have this notification on my car before hand and then all of a sudden it appears. Don’t recommend highly disappointed
