Chris Hammond: Worst credit union ever. Got a new car loan. Cannot make a payment because I dont have the loan number because it wasnt given to me. Cant get it on the phone because A.I. keeps asking for a loan number. Hold times to speak to someone are between 40-70 minutes EVERY time I call for the past week. Then I leave my number for a call back and have never been called back. Chatting online is with A.I and is useless. I will pull the loan and refinance with AMOCO, a place where you can get a human on the phone. TDECU is a joke!
