1 /5 J T: By all means avoid this lawyer my case went on 7 years yes 7 years and this whole time he new and planned to through me under the bus. My case had no evidence against me other than the other parties word. Friesenhan played into the prosecutor hands and during recess we caught them several times cutting it up laughing together in the halls. I also asked him if I could testify several times and he refused to let me. This guy is a horrible lawyer please save your years and future and go with someone else. He’s a joke. His assistant will also lye your you and put you off. Steer clear please

Jason: 15 years ago I was represented by Johnson. I never met him before this. I paid for the services of Jim Parker, but Jason at the time was working at the Parker law firm, I paid $12000 for a TRIAL LAWYER. Jim put off my trial for 2 years, I am still unsure why! During a preliminary hearing Jim decided not to show up and represent me because he had a personal problem with the D.A., instead he sent Jason Johnson who accepted a plea bargain on my behalf and told me "I had no case". I DID NOT HAVE ADEQUATE REPRESENTATION! He also represented another client as a court appointed attorney the same day and did a better job representing her at that! If Jim Parker was still active he would have got this review as well!
