    Precious Benitez: Absolutely horrible customer service and attention by the Manager Samatha that did absolutely nothing but hide instead of resolve my concern. I bought a watch from another location 2hrs ago got the wrong watch came to get the right one however all the sudden my name was a problem when it wasn’t hours ago at another store. I spent thousands of dollars and my name was not ever the issue. Called customer care they are also trash, I was on hold to speak with a manager and hung up on. Once I pay off my account I’m canceling this account not worth the hassle, quick to take your money however unwilling to give it back.

    alysik Baod: I took a mens Citizen watch to this repair shop for a gasket replacement and paid over $100 for the service. Unfortunately, after getting the watch back, I discovered it had been damaged during the repair process. When I returned to address the issue, the staff offered no solution or accountability—instead, they simply told me to send it to the Citizen store myself. Be very careful if youre considering bringing your watch here. In my experience, the service was not only overpriced but also careless, and there was no willingness to make things right once damage was done. I would recommend looking elsewhere for professional and reliable watch repair.
