1 /5 Vanessa Reynoso: Sent an online inquiry about setting up a consultation. I was contacted the following day. She asked a lot of questions and the asked for a copy of my existing orders. She provided an email address. When I sent the copy, she couldn’t remember speaking to me, come to find out she thought I was the Attorney General’s office sending her orders for clients that weren’t theirs. I explained that I am not the AG but someone she spoke to last week about a consultation. I was surprised but made the decision right then that first impressions go a long way. This was odd and tells me that they may not be organized. Lesson learned, inquire in person.
