1 /5 Audra Jonas: Super quick to take our money when we filed the extension. Time to do our taxes, has hardly any availability to come in for an appointment so we take off work and come in at an inconvenient time and we’re stood up…. Tried to claim I didn’t reply when I clearly confirmed the appointment over 24 hours in advance via email. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
