I have been calling for 2 months regarding the renewal quote I received and no one ever contacts be back after repeatedly being told someone would. Since they switched to Acrisure it has been absolutely terrible! Do not trust there customer service skills, no one will call you back. I really was trying to be proactive about my renewal so they dont pay over 3000 dollars for my new quote but no one has respect to follow up and call back.
