1 /5 Megan Williams: Update Regarding Guardianship Case of a Special Needs Individual
After speaking with the other party in the case, I learned the following:
He was told by Ms. Edmonson that documents could be notarized in the office without his presence, which I believe is illegal.
He was also told Ms. Edmonson would contact me and follow up with him, which never happened for 6–7 weeks.
Ms. Edmonson previously informed me that the other party would reach out to me directly, which he confirmed he never agreed to.
A court-appointed official also informed me that, because my child has special needs, Ms. Edmonson should have disclosed that this service could have been free through the state. She failed to do so.
Despite these issues, I am still receiving messages from Ms. Edmonson requesting payment.
Everything I stated in my review is factual and can be corroborated by documented communication and witnesses. I will not be removing it
