I had the privilege of meeting Deb a time or two and she’s a down to earth, chill owner that cares about The Gym and the members. You won’t go wrong working out here. Your first workout is on the house which is always a plus!

5 /5 greg tillinghast: I’ve been at The Gym now for a little over a year been lifting competitively for over 20 years. The Gym is one of the best facilities I’ve ever trained in. Deb cares about the lifting experience and does everything she can to ensure a positive environment. The clientele is there to get results and the trainers are top notch and willing to answer questions any time. The gym is perfect for anyone serious about their workouts. Great environment!

The equipment is very well maintained (and you have tons of options), Deb (The owner) is amazing and so uplifting, the facility is very clean, and the location is great! If I lived closer to Paris this would totally be my home gym. The vibe in this gym is unreal, they make you feel like family when you walk thru the door. If you ever need help with anything they go out of their way to help you understand it. I would give this gym a 10 star if it was allowed.. Hands down the BEST! Keep up the great work, The Gym!
