1 /5 chris gaona: This place charges $65 a month when their restroom has been clogged and piss infested for 3 days going on already. Due to probably not re stocking a business essential toilet paper people are starting to protest by rubbing their feces on the walls.. once my membership is up I am outtie. Pool is pretty good tho 1.2/10

1 /5 Bob Roszkowski: Im still trying to rate this place honestly. I havent used all of the amenities they have to offer. The only thing I have used is the pool for some therapy exercises before I begin to get more serious. The pool area is a let down. It looks abandoned. The very first time I went there, the trash cans outside were full. After a week of visits, the same trash was still there and no place to put new trash. There seems to be no one assigned to make sure things are in order. The same papers and trash was spread through out the area. The pool has constant feathers from the birds that are above the pool area. The air conditioning compressors are located almost above the pool and they are very loud. A relaxing time at the pool is not possible. The hot tub has never been hot. Same temp at the pool. The area needs a lot of attention and cleanup. One of the floor drains was broken and someone can get really hurt if they fell in there. A lawsuit waiting to happen. The pool is missing tiles through out the bottom. Grass is growing on the cement next to the pool. Its quite a bit. All of the chairs need to be fixed or replaced. Outdoor couch has been a mess for weeks. No one can use it. Pool hose reel has been in the middle of the walk area and never used or moved. The pool has lights but do not work and can not find the switches. Staff has no clue. The bathrooms around the pool area need a lot of work. Lights are either burned out or extremely dim. Shower handle is broken. No place to sit to change. It was somewhat clean but not many people use it. Past two times the only toilet was stuffed full of paper and poop. Disgusting. Smells. No attention. The rest of the gym seems ok but I didnt pay much attention to it because I need the pool therapy. Whoever manages that gym needs to be reevaluated. Maybe some training. Maybe check lists and assign duties to different people. It was very difficult to figure out who works there. Unless you always go there and see them all the time, you would never know who is there. I have many photos but I will only show a few. Overall Im not very happy and confident there. I will give them more time to work on improvements and give them a chance. I understand if they are having staffing issues, all businesses do. They just need more attention and some TLC. They need a focused leadership.

1 /5 Mfer: The gym is filthy. There is dust and hair all over the floors and equipment. I found a broken acrylic nail on the floor in the women’s center and it stayed there for months. Also, the treadmills are in need of maintenance and they are also filthy. This place needs better management.

3 /5 Emm Zen: The place itself is great, lots of space and friendly staff. More than enough equipment. But it is DIRTY. There is dust caked everywhere that you can tell has been accumulating for YEARS. Papers everywhere, fallen fake nails all over the place, hundreds of hair strands on the stairs. The upkeep is definitely not a priority.

5 /5 Jack Stansbury: If you’re a traveler or new to the area and looking for a top tier gym, this is the gym to go to. The staff and the local gym goers are super chill and friendly. This gym has everything for anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals. The amenities are fantastic from the indoor gym, to the outside pool, to the upstairs cardio area, and to the bathroom saunas. Whatever your gym needs are, it’s here. And when you’re done with your training you can grab a delicious smoothie at the front for a great post workout drink.
