2 /5 Crystal V: I hired this law firm with high expectations based on their reputation and positive reviews, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. What was presented as a straightforward case turned into two and half years with lack of communication and lack of urgency. I had to personally step in and do the follow up work with my own health insurance provider-something the firm failed to do until the very end. Make sure to read the fine print contract and ask about all potential fees before signing. The $525 cost for a tool (EvenUp, Inc.) to streamline its own internal processes was shocking that was clearly for their own operational benefit. It was frustrating and underwhelming experience overall - not the level of professionalism I expected.
