Scott & White Employees Credit Union - Temple Judy Barber: I would like to give a shout out to teller Morgan.
I was in the Credit Union this afternoon. All of the tellers were busy helping customers. When it was my turn she asked if she could help me. I explained I needed help with my Home Banking app but I was frustrated because I had not been able to figure it out myself. She was so kind and patient as I explained the problem. She said
“lots of customers need help”. It made me feel a whole lot better. She showed me step by step how to fix the problem. She was so patient as I tried to get my 80 year old fingers to push the correct buttons on my phone. We got the problem solved and I was on my way.
Morgan’s skill and helpfulness is a perfect example of excellent customer service. SWECU is fortunate to have Morgan represent them.
