When I asked about another policy that could be less, after a brief search, I was told no. This last week I looked around again, but not with this agency, and found another company that is less. When I called this agency to cancel my policy, I will admit I have had a bad week and I may have been more curt than intended, but after I advised that I wanted to cancel and that if I could locate a phone number to call for the particular companies I was insured with instead of having them fuss over it, the response was "Well that wasnt nice." Well, empathy goes a long way, but hateful responses from customer service representatives goes further.
