5 /5 Jacob Dyson: Such a great gym and nice staff! Plenty of equipment, free weights, and warmup/stretching gear to use. The showers are convenient. Coach Blake is the best, highly recommend him. I started with barely any knowledge and a big fear of the gym, but he has helped me overcome that and made me feel like its a home.

5 /5 Tracy Mx: A Star ⭐️ gym. I’m a fussy Aussie visitor to Houston & my partner & I were rapt to find this awesome training space. So pleased to find a bodybuilding gym that has all you can need. It had a great range of equipment & weights, well set out & the change facilities clean & spacious. To top it off Tex, the Manager is welcoming with the added bonus of “he knows his stuff”. If you’re in the area I highly recommend a visit.

5 /5 Sebastian Lopez: Best gym in area, I’d keep going if I still lived nearby. Professional and friendly staff that explained the membership terms and pricing very well from the beginning. Excellent machines with new ones being added and old ones being replaced regularly. Security cameras in place to create a safe and secure environment. Super convenient and seamless 24 hour access. And lastly, seeing the flags of Texas and the USA hanging from the ceiling were the icing on the cake. I’d give this gym 5 stars without hesitation!!

5 /5 Sarah Clark: I really like coming here. its a nice quiet little gym and has all the equipment I need. 5 stars for the convenience. The equipment is clean and maintained. If youre like me and want to pop your ear buds in and avoid eye contact for the next hour, this is the gym for you. Its never crowded to a point where I feel like the equipment I use wouldnt be available. I initially posted a 2 star review because I had some concerns about a few things, and the owner of this business messaged me by the end of that day. He wanted to fix everything. He explained that unless someone tells him, he has no idea that theres a problem. My review mentioned that there were never any clean towels, he had already ordered enough towels to double what they had. My review mentioned some issues with the sauna (which to be fair, is one of the least trafficked areas), and he was more than happy to get on it and make sure that was his priority to have it fixed ASAP. And that, is how you run a business. At no point did he ask me to change my review, but the fact that he reached out so personally and was genuinely concerned that one of his customers was dissatisfied, and was very eager to fix what was wrong to make his gym the best gym I could hope for, that was above and beyond. He even kept me to to date on the repairs to the sauna! He wanted to make sure that I felt very welcome to return and that things would be fixed. I love that. Joseph cares about my experience as a member of his gym, which means that he cares about EVERY members experience.

5 /5 Ricky Guerra: Stopped by the league City location just to see if the gym would be a good fit for me and the experience was great. Tex, the manager, was super helpful and welcoming, I really appreciated his professionalism. The atmosphere is good and equipment is quality. This gym is right for you if you like a peaceful workout in a chill atmosphere. Some gyms in my opinion are too hectic and loud and it breaks focus sometimes.
