5 /5 Jingle Jones: We have used them for our land loan and they were by far the most competitive loan rate. Not to mention that you become a shareholder when you finance with them. We are currently working with them on a construction loan for our home, which they help us roll into a mortgage once construction is complete. They make everything simple and convenient.

3 /5 Steven Ohlenburger: My land loan experience was stellar. However, my building loan experience was nothing short of a nightmare! It took four months to get all the paperwork done. The agent did not keep me up to date on a regular basis. She would not return calls for long periods of time. I got nothing but excuses and promises that were not kept.
