They even notified me the one time( in 20 years) my card was possibly compromised. They suggested I never use my card as a debit card always as a credit card. Ive never had an issue since. Great bank, great people.

    Zach Westbrook: I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent bank. I called ahead to ask if I could cash a business check—was told “yes, just bring something showing you own the business.” I show up with everything they asked for, and suddenly it’s a whole different story. Now they say they can’t cash it. They tell me to go get the customer to rewrite the check with my name on it, which I do, and they still won’t cash it. Nobody seems to know their job or their own policies. Every person has a different answer, and none of them can actually get anything done. It’s a headache and a waste of time. This bank makes life difficult for the average customer and has absolutely no consistency or competence. I would never bank here or recommend anyone else to. Total joke.

    Delano Sullivan: I met Robert at a Networking event and he has shown an outstanding amount of class as well as professional in a short amount of time. Scheduled a meeting, call back and portfolio review within a week. On top of everything he has either been punctual or early. So far I have been met with alot of under promises and over deliveries as far as expectations to make sure I am extremely educated prior to making a decision on moving my investment over. Very low pressure, but quality information followed with natural enthusiasm just having the ability to teach. 5/5 would recommend.

    Angie Freeman: I have banked at this bank for over 20 years. I’ve always received great service. But, since Covid, they stopped being open on Saturday’s and the lobby closes at 4pm. So, although the bank has been flexible with sending things through the drive thru, it is super inconvenient that the lobby closes at 4pm.
