1 /5 frank ellett: I was hit by a client of Farm Bureau several months ago. The client was at fault which isnt the issue at this point. Farm Burea has gone out its way to refuse a amicable agreement. The vehicle damaged was my wifes new loaded Rubicon with low mileage and Not even a scratch on it. I was low balled at ever turn and have resided to hiring a attorney to address the lack of responsiveness, responsibility and lack of diligence on Farm Bureaus part. Refusing to settle claims and failure to acknowledge the diminished value of damaged property is completely unacceptable.
My advice to anyone that is unfortunate enough to deal with this company that treats people like the playground bully and refuses to care about anything but a profit is to lawyer up. They will do everything it takes to do as little as it takes to hep you and as much as it takes to deny you. My injuries and financial loss are set aside at this point. I will not be bullied into a corner just so corporate executives can live like kings off the working mans sweat. Farm Bureau is a useless mouth. It eats of you yet produces nothing.
