1 /5 clennon smith: I had a new agent here when I got my insurance policies. It was nice in the beginning to have a direct line of communication. Bur since then I hardly get any responses from my agent(Rachel G). I reached out in June 2021 for an update on the policy and no response. An accident happened with the business in August 2021 and I was not insured. This is a big deal. Be very aware of lack of communication before getting insurance through this branch

1 /5 Jess R15: I got in my first wreck, rear ended from the back. first the claim was written incorrectly, then it took a week and 5 days for someone to come see my vehicle. then I was told I needed to pay out of pocket! ridiculous as I am paying full coverage for my insurance to cover me and they cant even do that. The person who hit me has the SAME INSURANCE AS ME! I would think the process would have been easier and my first wreck experience would of been handled with no worries. this has definitely been such an upsetting experience.
