    Alma Beck: Worst adjuster in Texas. Josh Elder. Took him 2 months to return my calls after I was hit by someone with Texas Farm bureau insurance. Then he proceeded to write an estimate for $682. The correct total for my damage ended up being $3800. Oh and I will be without my car for 3 weeks. He informed me it was up to me to rent a car on my dime and then I can get reimbursed. I wonder how long that would take if it took him 2 months to return my calls. I would not wish this experience on anyone. I have only been hit one time before and that person had progressive. That experience was wonderful. They had my car fixed in 3 days, they took me to get a rental and back to get my truck when it was ready. I had no idea I could be treated like this by an adjuster.

    Farkhod Tursunbaev: Worse place to get your insurance. I gave my documents to start the insurance but they registered it for my old car which I sold a year ago. Literally I was paying for a car that’s not belonging to me and driving my new car without insurance. The situation they explained as “is your problem to check your documents”, with no excuses or apologies. Basically, they entered wrong data, wrong car, but charged full. Nothing could be done at this point - thats what they said. Avoid this place whenever its possible.
