1 /5 Mathias Kimmel: They failed to immediately give me free money. I evidently had to "Be a student" and "we dont just pay out random homeless people". Friggin scam, if you ask me.

1 /5 Elicia Gallegos: If I could give them 0 stars I would. I constantly sent emails and voicemails to get help with my payment. Never got a response or call back. Continued to call and finally got assistance just for it to fall through. Continued calling again no response. Now ending up getting dropped for non payment due to the incompetence of this financial aid office.

5 /5 Adan Delgado: I have never had as great as a financial aid service in my life and this is my 4th year in the university. I went to get my status checked a lot of times since it was backed up due to this pandemic, and every time they explained very thoroughly and answered every single question I had with care. They gave me hopes to continue even when it looked like i had to take time off due to financial reasons. Great team of Financial Aid.

1 /5 Mel Barrera: Best place to go if you want your money withheld, sent back, smuggled or gone missing! I recommend blocking out an hour if you want to call them. Bonus: if you go in person, they will guaranteed have no idea what you are talking about. One time they literally transferred me to Admissions when I asked about my loans. Admissions.

2 /5 Carlos Sosa: I feel like I wouldnt hate the financial aid offices nearly as much if they would just call me or leave pre recorded voicemail saying i am missing documents for financial aid instead of expecting me to go online every day to make sure I dont have holds or requirements because the last time I visited that office they said Im alright Im not missing anything else. Well today out of sheer curiosity I checked and lo and behold Im missing documents, and then the lady says it can take several days to several weeks for these documents to go through! Some of us do not have several days or several weeks to wait for our financial aid, And its not the people in the front desk at least 2 of them i feel genuinely care for the students while the rest really feel like they could get less of a care about us.
