1 /5 XY H: Came across a social media advertisement for tax strategy services and took the bait. Get a scheduling chat-bot that is broken, too much friction/activation energy. Then, I get an unsolicited text from Megans assistant saying "I"m available anytime for a call" but then become unavailable because they are actually at a televised baseball game with family with multiple platitudes of how they are as busy as physicians, "sorry the scheduling was so hard for you," and another series of patronizing comments about how they have 10k+ physician clients. Yikes. If it had just stopped with the chatbot, wouldve been fine and I wouldnt have taken the 5 minutes to find this company and leave a review. The human interaction was worse!
