1 /5 Shaianne Garcia: Sadly been with this credit union for over 10 years. The worst most unreliable credit union ever. This credit union has stressed me out more than life itself. I’ve been stranded without funds due to their mishaps.

1 /5 Rem Molt: I refinanced my Auto loan with TDECU and its now the worst decision I have made in life. Nothing can be resolved with 1 phone call. I went to the bank, 5 calls over the phone spanning 3 weeks and the issue with my insurance which I provided them has still not been resolved. I have been charged an extra $600 from TDECU yet to be refunded. This is my first credit union and the experience has left me scarred to say this least. Once this is resolved hopefully, I will be switch my loan company as I cannot find it in me to trust TDECU. A customer should not have to deal with this much for an issue to be resolved.

5 /5 Elias Martinez: First time ever having a credit union, I was a bit in distress since I deposited a check and was waiting. I got told from the call center that i wouldn’t see the funds until 3 weeks later so I went to my local branch and the manager there with the sexy smile. He was able to get the funds available the very next day since I was waiting for 3 days. The teller was also nice and had a great attitude! Feeling very blessed to have chosen and accepted to this credit union

5 /5 Kylie Driskell: We scheduled an appointment to get a personal loan. Everything was excellent! Brandon was great with explaining everything and answering any questions that we had. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend working with him. We got the loan approved and processed the same day!

1 /5 Alejandra Villanueva: I truly believe this is one of the worst banks to ever get in touch with . Sometimes it can be an urgent matter and I will literally have to wait over 45 mins . I can never get ahold of any one directly . I think I will be switching banks
