1 /5 Braden Sherron: I used to go here but ended up moving. I cancelled my membership via email through a termination form. Unfortunately at the same time my card expired so I still had to pay the cancellation fee. I proceeded to go into person into the gym to pay the cancellation fee. After this I was told I was all set.
Come a month later and they charge me again. I call to get refunded as this was taken care of. Their manager treats me like shit saying they shouldn’t have to “babysit” customers- saying I’m in the wrong, saying there’s no email record no it’s my fault.
I literally sent a termination form via email, and went and paid the fees for the cancellation in person. If there was any thing else I needed to do they should have notified me. Yet, it’s my fault. They admitted they were “partially at fault” - yet I am liable for the full charge?
Zero professionalism, and the fact they will screw someone for $27 is insane.
