I work out 3-5 times a week with a variety of workouts including strength training and the rolling really made my muscles feel so much better. To top it off, you’re losing calories while relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend it, just try it and you’ll be hooked! I’ve already recommended it to my workout gals!
