    Jonathan Traylor: I recently got behind on 1 month and 15 days on my car payment and went in to get it caught up and paid 2 payments $600 worth and it was on a Saturday and they came and repoed it anyway!! Their fees are unethical and ridiculous high for working class people grossly high! I definitely would not recommend doing business with Kerr County Federal Credit Union!

    Deen Huckaby: Rarely will I ever write reviews for business’ I frequent, but I believe The Broadway Bank in Kerrville and everyone associated deserves it. I’ve banked with several banks over the years but never have I banked with an establishment so efficient and helpful. Every single employee under that roof is beyond helpful and happy every time I come in. They make you feel like family…each and every one of them is ALWAYS so attentive and helpful. Initially, I had Lisa B.helping me with everything I needed, and soon after it became abundantly clear that every reason I loved Lisa for, was present in each employee. They have made banking so easy and I truly enjoy each visit to Broadway Bank. I used to not pay any mind to wherever I banked just as long as I was taken care of, but now I’ve never been more proud to say that I bank with Kerrville’s Broadway Bank. To all the employees, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Every single one of you are awesome.

    Renee Bolton: I have been with GB for many years now and have been pleased with my experience throughout these years. We have had to close accounts due to fraud & our experience with the agent at GB was pleasant and courteous. We always felt like we could get our questions answered. I wish they had ATMs, but it isn’t like they aren’t the only bank closing them. It’s also nice that every time you walk in you get extremely sweet people greeting you in the lobby. Small town helpfulness at its best like it’s meant to be. I’m glad it isn’t dead.
